Shared desk and flexible seating with high-speed internet and shared amenities at affordable hourly, daily, or monthly rates per person – available 24/7. Just show up and get to work. 

MEETING & EVENT room

For 20 people with parking, a Smart TV and webcam for in-person and online events. Rentable including weekends and nights, for meetings, classes, events, or karaoke—food and drinks on request. Noise rules apply.

MixED Co-hostel

Accommodations include cozy bunk beds with privacy curtains, storage, shared workspaces, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry facilities with a dryer—ideal for short or long-term stays. Daily and monthly rates are available, and address registration is possible for long-term guests. All genders and nationalities are welcome.

Our Hot Desk is available at €30 per hour or €300 per month for one person. To ensure availability, please reserve your spot online at least one hour before arrival.

The Meeting & Event Room, accommodating up to 20 people, is priced at €150 per hour or €500 for 4 hours. We recommend booking the Meeting & Event Room in advance to secure your desired time slot.

We offer a mixed-gender co-hostel at €25 per night or €500 per month.

For guests seeking address registration, a minimum contract of 6 months is required, along with one month's advance payment, one month's deposit, and a 30-day moving notice.

Amenities include shared bathrooms, workspaces, kitchen, and laundry facilities. We encourage guests to maintain cleanliness and share food to foster a friendly, cost-saving community.

Our Virtual Office and Address services are available at €300 per month or €3,200 per year, with the annual fee payable in a single installment.

This package includes business address registration, mail and package acceptance, forwarding services, and assistance with business registration to ensure compliance with local regulations.

For monthly subscriptions, a minimum contract term of 6 months is required, along with a 60-day notice period for termination.

Clients are prohibited from using our address for unlawful purposes or receiving illegal contents in mails or packages; any such misuse will result in liability solely on the tenant, who may face legal prosecution.

We reserve the right to open packages or mails if the owner fails to pay dues after 30 days or if there is suspicion of illegal activities, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

We offer locker and storage rentals at the following rates:

  • Small cabinets: €30 per month
  • Medium-sized cabinets: €80 per month
  • 2 m² storage units: €150 per month

For larger storage needs, we have units available in various sizes. Please email us with your specific space requirements, and we'll provide you with suitable options and pricing.

Additionally, we offer transportation services with a driver and mover starting from €100 within Munich for standard deliveries. For express delivery services and transportation outside Munich, please contact us directly to discuss your specific requirements.
